Warranty, returns and faults
Every item includes a 12-month Unboxed warranty. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please email contact@unboxed.store before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return instructions, including any return label or reference where applicable.
If your item arrives faulty, not as described, or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible. Faulty items reported within 30 days are handled separately in line with your statutory rights and our warranty policy.
Once we have confirmed the return instructions, change-of-mind returns should be sent back in the same condition supplied, with any included accessories, cables, and original packaging where possible.
