This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Unboxed website: www.unboxed.store.
We are an online-only UK retailer selling refurbished technology, pre-owned technology, restored jewellery and other pre-owned products. Each product page is designed to show the item condition clearly before purchase.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as supplied, with all included accessories, cables, components, documentation and packaging where applicable.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item for a change-of-mind return unless we have agreed otherwise.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns
If your change-of-mind return is accepted, we will refund the price paid for the item, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may deduct from the refund if the item has been used, damaged, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and function.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or 14 days after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible at:
If a fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
After the first 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights and our 12-month Unboxed Warranty.
All returned faulty items may be inspected and tested before a refund, repair or replacement is issued.
This does not cover faults caused by accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
12-month Unboxed Warranty
Purchases include a 12-month Unboxed Warranty for added peace of mind.
If an item develops a fault within the warranty period that is not caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear, we will help with a suitable resolution.
Depending on the item and the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement or refund.
The Unboxed Warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returning items to us
Before sending any item back, please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return process and return address.
Items should be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Returned items should include all original items supplied, such as chargers, cables, accessories, manuals, boxes and packaging where applicable.
If an item is returned incomplete, damaged, or in a different condition from when supplied, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund.
Jewellery returns
Jewellery must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as supplied.
For hygiene reasons, earrings or pierced jewellery should not be worn or inserted if being returned due to change of mind.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Software, games and digital items
We cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations for unsealed software, games, media or digital items where cancellation rights do not apply, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
We may be unable to accept change-of-mind returns where:
The item has been damaged after delivery
The item has been used beyond reasonable inspection
The item is missing supplied accessories, components or packaging
The item has been altered, repaired or tampered with
The item is personalised or custom-made
The item falls under an excluded category under applicable consumer law
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Delivery issues
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive as expected.
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, or to a safe place, neighbour or location nominated by you.
If you authorise delivery to a safe place or neighbour, responsibility may pass to you once delivery has been completed to that location.
Refund processing times
Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.
