Is your refurbished tech brand new?

No. Unboxed refurbished tech is pre-owned, but every device is carefully inspected, tested, cleaned and approved before it is listed for sale.

Does Fair, Good or Like New affect performance?

No. The grade is cosmetic. All devices are fully tested and expected to work properly, but the amount of visible wear changes between grades.

Do you only sell smartphones?

No. Our refurbished tech range also includes tablets, laptops, gaming products, smartwatches and audio, each listed with clear condition grading.

Do devices arrive reset and ready to use?

Yes. Devices are cleaned, reset where applicable and prepared so they are ready for setup when they arrive.

Do refurbished tech orders come with support and returns?
