Ring sizing

Find the ring size that feels right

Use the method that feels easiest. Half sizes are included below so customers can match sizes like O 1/2 without guessing. If you are between listed sizes, or buying a wider band, sizing up is usually the safer choice.

Method 1

Measure a ring that already fits

  1. Choose a ring that already feels comfortable on the correct finger.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the centre in millimetres.
  3. Match that measurement to the chart below.

Method 2

Measure your finger at home

  1. Wrap a strip of paper or a soft tape around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark where it meets, then measure that length flat in millimetres.
  3. Match that measurement to the circumference column in the chart below.
  4. Measure at the end of the day for the most realistic fit.

Chain lengths

Choose the necklace drop that suits the wearer

Where a chain sits can shift with body shape, layering and pendant weight, so use these lengths as a practical starting point.

16 in / 41 cmClose to the neck. Great for shorter looks and lighter layering.
18 in / 46 cmThe most versatile everyday length and a strong gifting default.
20 in / 51 cmSits a little lower and works well with pendants or relaxed styling.
24 in / 61 cmIdeal for more noticeable layering and longer line looks.
30 in / 76 cmStatement length with a lower drop, often worn on its own.

Bracelets and bangles

Aim for a fit that feels secure, not restrictive

Bracelets should move a little without feeling loose. Bangles need enough room to pass over the hand comfortably.

Bracelets

For chain or clasp bracelets

  • Measure the wrist snugly with a soft tape.
  • Add around 1.5 cm for a neater fit.
  • Add closer to 2 cm for a more relaxed everyday fit.

Bangles

For bangles and firmer cuffs

  • Tuck your thumb in and measure around the widest part of the hand.
  • Compare that measurement to the bangle opening or internal width.
  • If you sit between sizes, the larger option is usually easier to wear.

Fit tips

Small checks that make sizing easier

Measure more than onceA second measurement helps you catch small differences before you buy.
Think about temperatureFingers can swell in heat and feel slimmer in cold weather.
Wider styles fit differentlyChunkier rings and solid bangles often feel firmer than delicate pieces.
Gifting? Choose versatility18 inch chains and adjustable bracelets are usually the safest gift-friendly starting point.

FAQ

Common jewellery sizing questions

What if my ring size is a half size like O 1/2?

Use the matching half-size row in the chart rather than rounding down. If you still sit between two listed measurements, sizing up is usually the safer option, especially for wider bands or fingers that naturally swell through the day.

What chain length is best for a gift?

An 18 inch chain is usually the most versatile starting point for gifting because it suits a wide range of outfits and layering styles.

How loose should a bracelet feel?

For most everyday bracelets, a little movement is ideal. It should feel secure without pinching, and many people prefer enough space for one finger underneath.
