This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Unboxed website. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Unboxed is an online-only business. All references in this policy relate to orders placed through our website.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the courier), receive physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by a clear statement, for example by email, before the cancellation period expires.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period has ended.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than:

14 days after the day we receive the returned goods, or

14 days after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
Returning Your Item
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
The item must be returned in full working order and in the same condition as when supplied, with all included accessories, cables, and components. Wherever possible, please return the item in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:

The item is faulty or defective.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and function.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.
Please note: we cannot accept cancellations for unsealed software, games, or media, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Substitute or Replacement Items
If we agree to send a replacement item, this will only be done with your consent. If a replacement is supplied and you decide it is unsuitable within 14 days, you may cancel it in the same way as above by contacting us at contact@unboxed.store.
Where a replacement is returned within this period, Unboxed will cover the standard return postage costs.
Faulty or Defective Goods
You should inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an item is faulty or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@unboxed.store. The options available to you for repair, replacement, or refund will depend on how long you have owned the item, in line with our Warranty Policy and your statutory rights.
